The NP series of micro magnetic gear pumps are exquisitely crafted for small flow rate conveyance. They shine in applications with flow rates spanning from 2 ml/min to 65,000 ml/min, covering transportation, addition, lubrication, sampling, spraying, dispensing, printing, pressurization, filtering, cleaning, circulation, coating, spraying, and metering.
Equipped with a small integrated DC motor with a built-in drive, these pumps are adept in confined spaces. With explosion-proof motors, they are safe for flammable and explosive environments. Paired with variable-frequency DC/AC motors, they are precise for metering tasks requiring speed regulation.
Dominating the low-viscosity micro gear pump domain, they handle 20 Bar pressure conditions with ease and boast a remarkable service life exceeding 20,000 hours. Compact, with rapid real-time dynamic responses, stable flow, high accuracy, and leak-free, they offer unrivaled solutions for fluid handling.
Pump material list:
Pump body:
316L (standard), Hastelloy, titanium alloy, PEEK, 2205, etc. (non-standard)
Gear: high-grade self-lubricating PEEK polymer material, a high-precision injection molding
Shaft: high-precision zirconia ceramics
Magnetic drive: rare earth permanent magnet, outer layer covered with PPS plastic (standard), PEEK covered, 316 stainless steel covered, etc. (non-standard)
Seals: Viton, EPDM, CR, PTFE or others.
Operating temperature: pump body: -90 to 150 ºC (standard) / -120 to 150 ºC (non-standard)
Variable frequency explosion-proof ambient temperature: must not exceed 50 ºC, the minimum ambient temperature of -10 ºC
Pump body pressure resistance: 40Bar (non-standard)
Pump maximum differential pressure: 40bar (non-standard)
Inlet and outlet connection thread specifications: standard configuration for the "NPT1/4", other interface forms optional
Pump performance range: see flow-pressure curve
Rated motor power: 750w
Supply voltage: 3X380V
Motor speed: 285-2850rpm
Maximum motor surface temperature: 125°C
Dry running capability: The pump can be run dry for 1 hour up to 1500rpm. At high speeds (2000rpm), do not run the pump dry for more than 1 minute or the pump will malfunction.
Operating Noise: Less than 70dB(A)@1m.
Pump life: >20,000+ hours
