The NP series of micro magnetic gear pumps are exquisitely crafted for small flow rate conveyance. They shine in applications with flow rates spanning from 2 ml/min to 65,000 ml/min, covering transportation, addition, lubrication, sampling, spraying, dispensing, printing, pressurization, filtering, cleaning, circulation, coating, spraying, and metering.

Equipped with a small integrated DC motor with a built-in drive, these pumps are adept in confined spaces. With explosion-proof motors, they are safe for flammable and explosive environments. Paired with variable-frequency DC/AC motors, they are precise for metering tasks requiring speed regulation.

Dominating the low-viscosity micro gear pump domain, they handle 20 Bar pressure conditions with ease and boast a remarkable service life exceeding 20,000 hours. Compact, with rapid real-time dynamic responses, stable flow, high accuracy, and leak-free, they offer unrivaled solutions for fluid handling.

The theoretical displacement of a pump is directly proportional to its rotational speed.
In actual operation, due to the existence of rotating clearances inside the pump, internal leakage will occur, and the actual flow rate of the pump is less than the theoretical displacement.
The higher the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the internal leakage in the pump and the closer the actual flow rate is to the theoretical flow rate.

- Flow rate: 0.2ml/rev~26ml/rev (2ml/min-65000ml/min)
-The 42 and 51 series can deliver water with differential pressure up to 20Bar, and the system can withstand pressure up to 100Bar; the 60 and 98 series can deliver water with differential pressure up to 30-50Bar, and the system can withstand pressure up to 100Bar.
-Working speed: 1~4000rpm
 -Operating temperature range: -120~150 degree Celsius

- Conveying liquid viscosity range of 0.25~10000cps, can be a certain degree of dry running and conveying gas-liquid two-phase liquids
- Water as a medium, in more than 10Bar differential pressure conditions can work continuously for more than 20,000 hours; 5Bar pressure can work continuously for more than 30,000 hours.
- Measurement accuracy of up to 0.3%
- Stable flow without pulsation, can be directly composed of high-precision closed-loop control system with the flowmeter
- Dry running inlet self-priming height of up to 4 meters (specific conditions, please consult the manufacturer)
- Inlet vacuum -0.85Bar can be stable operation (specific conditions please consult the manufacturer)
- The pump adopts magnetic drive without leakage.
- High and low temperature resistance, NP series refrigeration pumps are resistant to temperatures between -120~150ºC.
